Lucy Newmyer

Lucy is a second-year student studying politics, public policy, and psychology while learning Arabic. She is the Opinion editor and enjoys covering UVA events for The Jefferson Independent. Outside of TJI, you will find her talking about politics and books, mentoring with the Women’s Center, or hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
